Are you a knowledgeable Senior Business Analyst with experience in property and facilities management? We're seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term role, with the potential for a permanent position. What you'll do: As a Senior Property Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in refining and developing end-to-end processes to report on the delivery of our property and asset management requirements. You will ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency by gathering requirements and developing reporting metrics. Your ability to generate timely reports and up-to-date accurate metrics will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your expertise in leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint will be instrumental in enhancing our systems.
Review and establish property-related reporting systems.Identify and document end-to-end workflows and processes.Prepare project status reports, presentations, and oversee work logs.Champion data analytics and reporting, leading change across internal and external stakeholders.Drive improvements in property and asset management processes.Leverage tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint to enhance systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse data and inform strategic decisions. What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Senior Property Business Analyst role brings extensive experience as a Business Analyst within the property sector. You possess expert knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office Suite. Your proven skills in business planning, data analysis, process documentation are complemented by your deep understanding of property-related legislation and policy within government settings. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences. As a self-starter, you are adaptable to shifting priorities.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in property.Expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office Suite.Proven skills in business planning, data analysis, and process documentation.A solid understanding of property-related legislation and policy in government.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.Self-starter with adaptability to shifting priorities.
