If so, we want you to be part of ourdynamic teamAs an Administrator, you willplay a crucial role in ensuring our Kaiako and Tauira have all the resourcesthey need to assist in their learning.
Our team provides quality administrativeand financial support to a number of Kaiako across the takiwa and areresponsible for budgets, Student resourcing, Invoice processing and much more.This role is based in Hamilton however, services the entire takiwa (region)including the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Gisborne areas - Travel will berequired from time to time.
You'll manage your own workload, prioritize taskseffectively, and communicate clearly with team members and other Kaimahi alike.Key Responsibilities:Daily tasks –Ordering and distributing resourcesInitiating requisitionsDay to day Financial and Procurement functionsBudgets – You will be responsible for keeping a running budget for each KaiakoInvoice ProcessingRelationship Management – This is a key factor in this roleUtilize your tech-savvy skills to manage software and tools that enhance productivity.Communicate effectively across departments, fostering collaboration and clarity.Adapt to changing priorities and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlinesAbout you:Proven experience in an administrative role.Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach toworkload management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Be attentive to detail and highly organisedRelationship Management skillsFull driver's licenseA self-starter who is adaptable and thrives in afast-paced environment.Apply today
