The opportunity :
We are embarking on a journey to grow the NZ advice community by supporting new Advisers build a successful and rewarding career in financial advice.
The AIA Thrive Academy is the perfect stepping-stone for someone looking to become a financial adviser. We will provide you with a 4-week comprehensive classroom-based training programme, along with monthly financial support for your first 3 months.
Who can join the AIA Thrive Academy?
If you care about making a difference in people's lives and share our vision for New Zealanders living healthier, longer, better Lives, AIA Thrive Academy is right for you. For the first induction, the only mandatory requirements are:
New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (NZCFS Level 5 Version 2) (ie. Life, Disability and Health strand).
Ability to attend a 4-week in-person training in Epsom, Auckland.
To thrive in the role, you'll likely also bring:
