You will be involved with ongoing service development that will allow you to use your expertise and skills. You will be an integral part of the team, providing support and leadership, as well as proactive day-to-day support to enable the people you support to live safely and be actively involved in their community.While your roster will usually be 7.00AM to 3.30PM weekdays, we work with flexibility over 7 days including evening and weekend work. Our goal is to embed Enabling Good Lives in our daily practices.About the Team/Service/LocationLive Life Disability Support provides support to over 250 people who have disabilities, to achieve their personal aspirations and choices in a variety of residential and respite settings across the Nelson/Tasman and Marlborough regions. We are a community-based disability support service focused on quality-of-life outcomes and the Enabling Good Lives Principles.We support each person to manage their day-to-day lives in ways and at times that work for them. This could involve anything from assisting with personal cares to behaviour support and living the life in the community.
