An exciting opportunity exists in our Auckland branch for an experienced Parts Interpreter, who is also eager to lead from the front as the 2IC to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities include:Providing guidance and assistance to the internal sales team within the branch.Customer support and enquiries – via email, telephone and counter salesIndustrial and Agricultural Automotive Parts Identification and Catalogue InterpretingOrder entry and processingProvide updates to customers on order status, pricing, product range and estimated delivery timesDevelop internal and external relationships that will assist in driving salesProvide assistance to external Sales and Warehouse teams as requiredAbout you – Skills, experience and qualifications:A passion for all things automotive.Experience as a team leader or as a Senior Parts InterpreterExperience in the use of automotive parts catalogues and parts identification for any of the forklift, materials handling, construction machinery, MEWP, tractor industries or moreYou may have a service or technical background with knowledge of parts cataloguing and interpretingResults-focused, with a passion for customer serviceConfident computer skills, including the ability to learn an in-house ERP system and online webshop.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOutgoing, confident, and an all-round personality with a good sense of humour.Interest in new challenges, be a self-starter and work as part of a team with minimum supervision.What's in it for youYou'll be part of a people-centric culture, where your well-being matters.
