We are looking for talented individuals and leaders who are experienced in managing business, people, and technology change, and can face up to the challenges of transitioning from a heritage technology landscape to more modern technology implementations.We are looking for Platform Managers in the following areas:Digital Channels PlatformIntegration and Data PlatformCorporate PlatformTasked with the responsibility of leading the delivery of large teams, the platform manager is accountable for overseeing the overall strategy, vision, and performance of the platforms. This means ensuring alignment with business goals, managing work demand, resourcing needs, and driving strategic decisions.The Platform Manager works closely with and is supported by Platform Architects, Capability Leads and Delivery Leads, and will be accountable for:Leading and developing the strategy, vision, and investment roadmaps for the platformOverseeing end-to-end delivery of initiatives and leadership of teamsManaging senior stakeholder relationshipsCollaborating with architecture practice to improve and embed high quality architecture and technology configurationProviding connection between multi-disciplinary business areas and platform management stakeholdersCollaboration and liaising with other IST Leaders and PracticesEmpowering and developing the Platform workforceFinancial management and oversight for approved investment budgetsChairing and attending relevant governance forumsKo wai koe | About YouYou will bring:Experience as a technology leader, with strong engineering and delivery experienceStrategic thinking, planning and strong leadership capabilitiesA strong people leaderConfidence in high-level management negotiationsDemonstrated experience in leading transformative changesWe are an organisation that has people at the centre of our work.
