Expressions of interest are now open for a fabulous opportunity to join MECCA as a Host (Retail Assistant) within our new MECCA Queenstown store.
This will be a part-time opportunity and will include one weekend day per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating authentic connections with customers.
Playing a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required.
Working effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way.
Contributing to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience.
What success looks like in this role:

Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA's customer service standards.
Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA's hero brands and products.
Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store.
Always upholding the MECCA values.
If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90 days of employment will be subject to a trial period.
