Expressions of interest are now open for a fabulous opportunity to join MECCA as a Host (Retail Assistant) within our new MECCA Queenstown store. This will be a part-time opportunity and will include one weekend day per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating authentic connections with customers.

  • Playing a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required.

  • Working effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way.

  • Contributing to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA's customer service standards.

  • Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA's hero brands and products.

  • Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store.

  • Always upholding the MECCA values.

If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90 days of employment will be subject to a trial period.
