Once there is a good base you will look to drive quality management accounts and analysis working closely with the operations team.Key Responsibilities:This role is essentially looking after the accountants for a division within a high growth group.Handle finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.Gather and analyse financial data to support daily operational needs.Support on large contracts and how they flow through the systems.Collaborate with team members to maintain backup coverage and process consistency.Longer term, once the basics are strong, look to keep driving a culture of business partnering with a tight month end.So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?You bring strong finance experience, with a keen eye for detail and the adaptability to handle a varied workload. Your profile includes:Fully Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA.Proficiency in Xero is critical.You will have worked in an SME environment ideally a high growth business and the associated system/process stresses and strains.Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.Strong team player with the flexibility to support colleagues.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise under pressure.Excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth interactions with non-finance colleagues.Willingness to adapt and provide backup as needed for uninterrupted BAU flow.On offer is an initial six month role reporting into a great leader with an hourly rate of c.$50-60 GST per hour.To allow us to handle applications please apply via the link below.
