About the RoleWe're seeking a highly organized and skilled Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team at Lichfield. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of dispatch, stock management, and logistics.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate packaging stock takes, transfers, receipting, and labelling
- Oversee inwards goods processes for packaging and artwork
- Operate a forklift to load and unload packaging and final product stock
- Manage chiller stock levels, freezer stock, and liaise with the Sales Support team
- Conduct H&S safety walks and promote safety compliance within the department
- Carry out GMP audits to ensure quality standards are met
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in an Operations/Logistics supervisory role, a strong data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook, and excellent numerical skills and attention to detail for stock accuracy.
