We believe it makes everyone grow.Our Oracle team focuses on individuals flourishing, so we organize monthly practice and capability catch-ups where we share information, experiences, and celebrate successes.CultureWe are looking for a talented, motivated, enthusiastic Oracle Cloud Project Manager/leader to join a high-performing team.Demonstrable team spirit: a willingness to collaborate, learn and teach othersSelf-motivated and passionate about Oracle EBS and cloud offeringsStays relevant by maintaining knowledge of Oracle EBS and Fusion processes, industry best practices, and trendsPrince 2 or PMP is highly desiredWhat you'll do?Implementing Oracle package-based cloud and on-premise solutionsWork closely with the project team, client SMEs, and stakeholders on gathering requirements, adherence to scope, and delivery of solutions.Developing mechanisms to track performance and value realisation of our client projects.Successfully manage implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM projects.Work as an enabler for project teams to deliver a broad range of implementation activities including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, UAT support, production go-live, hyper-care, and transition to the support organisation.You will be required to manage project financials, forecasting, resourcing, budgets, etc.Perform Resource Management, Resource Utilization, Planning, Estimation, Release Management, and Risk Management.You will also occasionally be required to provide support to pre-sales activities including which may include preparing transformation plans, identifying resource requirements, planning, estimation, and proposing governance model.What you'll bring?Strong Agile Project management with experience managing and leading multiple Agile Teams & Lead Strategic initiativesProven experience driving and leading Oracle Projects/Programs including but not limited to Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation, Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation, Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Migration, Oracle Integrations involving SOA or Oracle Integration Cloud.You will have broad understanding of Oracle ERP solutions including Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud.
You will also have an appreciation of business value delivered by Oracle Cloud solutions including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.Prior experience of managing Oracle ERP projects is highly desirableExcellent Stakeholder ManagementExperience leading Agile/DevOps Implementation experiencePrevious experience in scoping and developing plans for strategic pieces of workExperience in executing business change including key stakeholder management along the journeyProven analytical skills and data-driven decision makingShould be certified Scrum Master, SAFe or PMI, with experience in AGILE ALM i.e., JIRA/Confluence etc.Strong, Fluent, and confident communication skills.Proven experience in delivering large projects with onshore-offshore delivery model.What we can offer you?Working at Capgemini you'll find the rewards are more than just financial.
