Key Responsibilities: Learn and apply basic machinery safety functions (LOTO, ESTOP, manual startup), with training providedWork nimbly and efficiently around plant and machinery while maintaining safetyHandle cleaning inventory, including hazardous substances, with knowledge of safety productsPerform deep cleaning tasks and assist in café duties when needed during downtimeLead or work independently, managing a small cleaning team (2-3 people)Be flexible to work outside production hours, including before or after shifts, and weekendsAbout you: Safety-Conscious & Agile: Ability to learn machinery safety procedures and work safely around plant and equipmentFit & Healthy: Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and working efficiently in a fast-paced environmentLeadership & Teamwork: Comfortable working independently or leading a small team, and assisting with other tasks as neededWillingness to Learn: Basic knowledge of machinery operations, with the ability to understand and operate machinery (training will be provided)If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team, contribute to a safe and hygienic environment, and grow your skills, we want to hear from you
