Responsibilities Managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authorityDeveloping and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectationsDeveloping and maintaining internal and external partnershipsIdentifying opportunities for process improvement.Qualifications and experience You'll have at least 5 – 7 years insurance experience with recent large and complex claims experience, preferably in the broker intermediated market.
You will be working with our high-performing and fresh-thinking claims team, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients.
