With recent investment in their IT systems and centralising their work flow, this multidisciplinary firm is looking for a senior surveyor with extensive experience in the land development sector who is looking for a career/lifestyle change to Cromwell.
With above market remuneration and relocation assistance provided, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects and hit the ground running on some of Central Otago's largest projects.The CompanyEmploying approximately 90 staff over seven locations across the South Island, they are a highly regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy founded well over 100 years ago.
The firm combines most aspects of land development under one roof and services a mixture of small to large clients across multiple regions.
Having recently heavily invested in their IT systems and modernising the business as a whole, now is the ideal time to join the team and become a senior member of the organisation.The successful candidate will be working on projects from conception until completion, collaborating with the experienced in-house planners and engineers.
The highly experienced principals of each sector not only provide a solid foundation for career development but also provide the capability to take on more challenging and complex projects that build on the team's skillset.You willHave extensive knowledge of subdivision, cadastral and land surveying projects within New Zealand with a proven track record.A relevant survey-related NZ qualification or overseas equivalent.Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the cadastral/land surveying sector.Have the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously on projects both locally and out of region.Possess excellent interpersonal skills along with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.As a senior surveyor in this office, you will be provided with leadership opportunities as the team grows and provide the opportunity to develop your career as you identify your next steps.
