Opportunity Summary
Fluid Recruitment Limited is seeking a senior surveyor to join their team in Cromwell. As a senior member of the organisation, you will work closely with in-house engineers and planners on land development projects, contributing to the company's growth and developing your career.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with in-house planners and engineers on projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, utilising extensive knowledge of subdivision, cadastral, and land surveying projects within New Zealand.
- Contribute to the development of complex projects and build on the team's skillset, working collaboratively with experienced principals.
About the Role
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and a relevant survey-related NZ qualification or overseas equivalent. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in the cadastral/land surveying sector, you will be well-equipped to hit the ground running on Central Otago's largest projects.
