This is a great place for you to come and spread your wings.As a tertiary hospital we have the following on offer:Fully equipped Radiology department with DR, General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, CT, DSA, NM, MRI and ultrasound servicesWe work alongside colleagues in Emergency, Theatre, ICU, Outpatients and NICUDynamic and varied work environment, servicing a vast geographical service delivery area with a diverse patient populationYou will certainly be kept on your toes, with our service operating on a 24/7 basis with on-call rosteringEnhance your professional development and add to your skill setTo be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following:Approachable, and professional with a team-player mentalityA natural affinity for relationship building with both patients and staff alikeBe a team player through and through, with refined communication skillsWorking towards completion of tertiary study in 2024 and be able to apply for an Annual Practicing Certificate and registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists BoardHighly adaptable, motivated, and work efficientlyYou must have the ability to cover both the on call and shift rosterUtu whanui - Salary rangeThis role belongs to the APEX/Te Whatu Ora Medical Imaging Technologists Collective Agreement, Step 1 ($70,842 p.a pro-rata) of the Medical Imaging Technologists scale.For further information please contact James Boyd, Recruitment Advisor, ****** conversations will be confidential in nature.In the interests of protecting our people and our patients, all appointments will be subject to the following:Occupational health assessmentSerious misconduct checks (previous Public Service departments and statutory Crown entities only)
