As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our medical practice.The position is a multi-tasking role which includes providing a welcoming face for the organisation, excellent telephone and customer service skills as well as a broad range of administrative duties.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include reception of patients, associated clerical work, answering telephone calls, invoicing, receiving payments, general office duties, and assisting in the smooth running of the centre.
We need a quick learner who adapts easily to change.Minimum RequirementsThe essentials for this position include exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills, in an often-high pressure environment; accurate data entry, attention to detail, flexibility in working hours and the ability to work both autonomously and cohesively as part of a team.
Experience with Evolution software and immediate availability is strongly preferred.This role is currently 10 - 20 hours per week, working revolving shifts including daytime, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays between the hours of 7.45am and 8:15pm.
