The Raglan Suite Established in 2001, our practice has been accepting dental referrals from across Yorkshire for almost 20 years.
As a result of our reputation for excellent patient care, we enjoy long-standing relationships with a large network of dentists in the area.
Patients are referred to us for treatments such as dental implants, orthodontics and endodontics.
We regularly treat patients with complex dental needs, and our experienced clinicians offer a comprehensive range of treatments.
Responsibilities and Skills: Deliver industry-leading patient care in your practice.
Review, monitor, and plan to ensure delivery of income targets (including recruitment, marketing, diary management, patient recalls, and treatment plans).
Motivate, lead, and engage a team of 11 clinicians across 6 surgeries as well as clinical and support staff.
A genuine people focused manager who can lead and motivate an highly experienced team.
Drive business priorities through collaboration and influential conversations.
Proactively market your practice to increase patient numbers.
Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager.
Utilise Bupa products and services to maximize revenue.
Confidently use computer software and communicate via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
Previous dental experience is desirable, with a focus on people and commercial.
