You analyze and review data, uncovering trends that impact the bottom line.Sodexo is seeking an experienced leader for a Food Operations Finance Manager for Brigham & Women's Hospital located in Boston, MA, to provide financial analysis for the unit, as well as the overall system.
In this role, you will report to the Client Executive, and work Monday through Friday (flexible shift available).
You will need the flexibility to travel approximately one day a week or so to another location within the Brigham & Women's system.If you have strong financial insights, and have demonstrated success using your analytical skills in a restaurant, food and beverage, or hospital setting, this may be the next role for youWhat You'll DoProvide recommendations to Unit management for action and/or modification in regard to inventory, cost control, and compliance.Handle month-end billing and audits.Assess the effectiveness of how the unit tracks food costs and spending.Assist in the monthly/quarterly/year-end close process to ensure accuracy and integrity of results at the unit and district level.Perform ad hoc financial analysis for Unit management.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
