SkyCity has three beautiful properties within metres of each other - The Grand by SkyCity is a 5-star property, Horizon by SkyCity is a 5-star property, and SkyCity Hotel is a 4.5-star property.
Busy and fast-paced environments with a team of professionals who know how to look after their guests and win awards for doing so.
There is a variety of front desk and accounting duties for this night role.
You will work closely with a small team to ensure our late arriving guests and early check-outs are looked after and have the best possible experience staying with us.
This role will require you to work across all three properties, and you will also have a Night Auditor reporting to you on shift.
You will have superb communication and customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest service.
You will have previously worked in a front office leadership position with experience running the night shift, preferably.
Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations and accounting duties during the night shift.
Ensure late arriving guests and early check-outs receive excellent service.
Oversee the Night Auditor on shift.
Minimum Requirements: Exposure to Property Management System - Opera.
Available to work from 23:00 - 07:30, 5 nights a week.
Minimum 3 years experience in the Hotel Industry working in the front office.
Qualification in hospitality or business.
