With service and security being at the forefront, maintaining the hotel standards throughout the shift is integral. Clear communication is a must for the successful applicant, as well as an eye for detail.Key responsibilities:Ensure all late arrival guests and visitors are warmly welcomedChecking in and checking out guestsPromptly and professionally answering guest enquiriesConversant with the property's reservations systems and processesDaily cashiering functions and other general front desk dutiesEnsure security and safety of the property at all timesThe ideal candidate will have:Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in Front Office within a hotel environmentA current Managers Certificate is necessaryConflict resolution skills and problem-solving skillsOutstanding customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbalFlexible to work rostered shifts including weekends and public holidaysComfortable to work mainly during night shiftsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood team player, keen to learn and develop a career within the hotel industryCurrent eligibility to work in New Zealand is a mustWhat we offer at CPG Hotels:Endless career and growth opportunitiesFantastic rewards and recognition initiativesFlexible schedule to suit your lifestyleFree access to hundreds of online Hospitality coursesA variety of amazing corporate discountsSound like a good fit?
