As C&I Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and profitable growth, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and major partners.In this role you will:Oversee the lifecycle of high-value RFPs, client servicing, metering, and billing processes.Shape stakeholder relationships with major partners, aligning operational performance with business goals.Spearhead operational governance initiatives including pricing quality control and technology systems.Develop and execute acquisition, retention, and account management strategies for major corporate accounts.Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business strategies and drive performance excellence.About you:We are looking for a supportive and strategic leader with a strong background in sales and operations, who is passionate about driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.Our ideal candidate will have:Extensive leadership experience in sales/sales operations.Proven experience in setting and achieving performance targets.
