**Job Title**: Traffic Management Workers, TTM workers and STMS Cat A/B/C

**Location**: Auckland

**Shift**:Day and Night shifts available
- Day shift is 6am-6pm and Night shift is 6pm-6am.

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and dismantle traffic management closures.
- Install and remove TTM signs, cones, and barriers.
- Ensure the safety of the worksite and the public by following all traffic management plans and protocols.
- Perform regular checks on signage and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate traffic management activities.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and site conditions.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of a learner’s licence.
- Basic knowledge of traffic control principles.
- Site Safe certification.
- For TTM - TTM (Temporary Traffic Management) qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- For STMS - STMS Practicing Cat A/B/C certification.
- Strong understanding of traffic management plans and procedures.
- Good physical fitness, able to lift and position heavy signs and cones.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with the public and team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Full driver’s licence.
- Additional traffic management or safety certifications.
- Previous experience in traffic management or a related field.
