As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our customer-focused vehicle and aftermarket sales. Your mission? To deliver exceptional experiences that turn prospects into loyal customers. From the moment a customer walks through our doors, you'll be their guide—building rapport, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect vehicle. You'll also play a key role in our aftermarket sales, ensuring customers have access to the best products to enhance their driving experience.
You'll be excited by:

Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly personal sales targets. Be an advocate for our finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint. Build trust and maintain positive relationships throughout the buying process.
Embrace Continuous Improvement: Show passion for our brands, seek personal growth, and contribute to our team's success. Be ready to challenge the status quo and navigate new ways forward.
Maintain Professionalism: Keep our showroom in top shape, manage your customer diary effectively, and ensure all paperwork is completed to the highest standard.

You will show:

Customer-Focused Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a sales role where you've demonstrated your ability to deliver great experiences.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow alongside your teammates.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers both in person and through digital platforms.
Drive and Determination: A full NZ driver's license and a passion for helping customers find the vehicle that fits their needs.
