There will be the expectation of providing new assessments, ongoing treatment, and the opportunity to co-facilitate therapeutic groups.You'll have regular contact with General Practitioners, DHB Mental Health Services, and external NGOs, so you must be an excellent communicator who is adept at interacting with your clients, colleagues, and external organisations, always striving to ensure the best results.You will bring to this role a solid understanding of addiction issues and experience in working with clients with co-existing problems (CEP), and you'll be able to demonstrate strength in assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and collaborative decision-making.You'll be an innovative thinker who can look for opportunities to further develop the role.
