You will support change management processes including drafting letters and communicating documents to the unions and the whole organisation.
Provide expert advice in relation to complaints, investigations, disciplinary action, restorative processes, and mediation.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, experienced with mediation and other resolution processes.About the Team/Service/LocationOur team of experienced HR Business Partners work as a team or individually within the health sector which is incredibly rewarding, as it allows you to support and empower healthcare professionals, ensuring a motivated and resilient workforce that directly impacts patient care and community well-being.As a HR Business Partner, you will have the drive to ensure that all managers are supported with sound human resource management principles and practices, including the below criteria:A tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Business Studies, and/or equivalent practical experience OR significant experience in HR practice.Proven ability to communicate effectively; verbal and written.Proven customer relationship skills.10 years plus HR Generalist experience.2 years in a Senior HR position.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
