We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, right through to the delivery, installation and setup of solutions in homes and workplaces.This opportunity would suit someone who loves technology, is customer focused and is driven to improve the whole experience.
Your excellent communication skills coupled with your ability to troubleshoot problems is critical.
Equally important is your proactive 'get it done' attitude and work ethic.This role will be primarily based out on the field.
Approximately 70% of the work will be delivering and setting up customers' products in their homes, while the other 30% will be in-store on the shop floor, providing solutions to customers and assisting in the setup and formatting of their devices.Being a partial field based role, it will be essential for you to have a full clean New Zealand Driver's license to have the ability to operate one of our company vehicles.This position will be based out of our Wanaka Noel Leeming store, working 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, 45 hours per week.QualificationsWhat is your key to success?Experience & passion in one or more of the following areas: technology, sales, installation, or customer serviceConfidence to set up and install technologySuperior interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adjust technical language to suit the customerDriven, and confident in troubleshooting problems.Willingness to continue developing your career through onsite training and accreditationsWhat we can offer you?Base rate + Commission and IncentivesConsecutive days off giving you time to unwind and rest for the week aheadPaid day off on your birthday (Whoo
