We are looking for a Finance Analyst to play a crucial role in managing the finances, budgets, and risk processes for the Polynesian Health Corridors (PHC) Programme, helping to deliver impactful outcomes for Polynesian countries.Ko Ake Mahi - What You'll DoThe Finance Analyst will provide essential support in developing and updating financial processes, tracking expenditures, and managing risk.
You will work closely with the PHC team, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that the programme's objectives are met efficiently and within budget.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the Polynesian Health Corridors Programme, a vital initiative focused on improving the health outcomes of Polynesian communities.
You will play an integral role in managing finances, budgets, and risks to ensure the programme delivers meaningful and lasting impact.Ko Pukenga - What You'll BringProven experience in financial management, budgeting, and risk analysis.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders, with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships.A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate and manage financial risks.Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.A commitment to equity, the Treaty of Waitangi obligations, and public health development.Ko Wai Matou - About UsAt Manatu Hauora – Ministry of Health we are the kaitiaki of the health system, providing leadership and driving strategy and performance.
