We are looking for a fabulous 2IC to work alongside our Manager with training, motivating and leading the team in sales and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion store layout and stock control, and have the ability to organise tasks efficiently.
In the absence of the Manager, you will enthusiastically step up to do Manager's hours and run the store to our expected standard.
Hours This position averages approximately 27.50 hours per week, with the following schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday: 9.30am - 3.00pm Saturday: 9.30am - 2.00pm (one week, 28.5 hours) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday: 9.30am - 3.00pm (26.50 hours) In the absence of the Manager, the hours increase to approximately 39 hours per week.
No Sunday work required.
