About the role HINE Collection, a leading womens activewear clothing company, is seeking an exceptional Head Fashion Designer to lead our design team in our Hamilton location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's design vision and creating innovative, trend-setting and high performing products that captivate our customers needs. What you'll be doing Develop and execute the company's overall design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trendsResearch and analyse industry trends, customer preferences and market demands to inform the design processCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing and manufacturing, to bring designs to lifeOversee the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualisation to final productionEnsure design quality and adherence to brand standards throughout the processStay abreast of emerging technologies, materials and techniques to continuously innovate and push the boundaries of fashion and textile designWhat we're looking for Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior design role within the fashion and textile industryProven track record of delivering successful, commercially viable design collectionsExceptional creative skills, with the ability to translate trends into innovative, market-leading designsStrong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, materials and quality standardsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and develop a talented design teamDegree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related fieldWhat we offer At HINE Collection, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
