This will assist in your leadership of a pastoral team, leading and overseeing the development of whanau culture and identity, with the ability to respond to tier two and three behaviours, which is a must. Keen and available to be involved in our local community, you will assist in driving and attending specific community events that further build a positive school culture. We are seeking a person who can help to drive positive communications from the school to the community in their portfolio areas and has the confidence to work alongside our marketing team, the principal and the Board of Trustees to deliver key messages.
