About the role As a Supervisor, you will assist the store management team to ensure the store achieves its maximum sales potential and runs efficiently while ensuring our customers have a great in-store experience. Responsibilities include: Fostering a "customer-centric" culture to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. Sharing your expertise and product insights. Ensuring a safe workplace through adherence to WHS safety programs. Assisting store management in cultivating a motivated and effective store team. Thriving in a dynamic, inclusive environment that embraces change. Who are we looking for? Minimum 1 year retail experience in a similar setting. Passion for personal growth and inspiring team development. Skilled in coaching and supporting others to maximize team performance. Team-oriented mindset, valuing the strength of collaboration.
