**Seafood Supervisor**

We are looking for a full time Seafood Supervisor who is passionate about fresh food (particularly a fabulous range of fresh seafood), and can lead the team in great customer service. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step and advance their career. This is an entry level management position with a small team to manage, however this is a real opportunity to show your food retail skills, gain product knowledge and have the chance to work in a dynamic, high energy environment.

Our Seafood Department provides our loyal customers with the highest quality of fresh fish and seafood products as well as a range of prepacked and frozen products.

Tuesday to Saturday 6am - 2:30pm, 40 hours per week.

Although Seafood experience is preferred, it is not essential to this role.

**Your day to day**:

- Carry out daily ordering for fresh and frozen products.
- Presenting our serve over window to a high standard to excite our customers.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers.
- Carry out daily packing and labeling of products.
- Maintain the highest standards of merchandising and product presentation.
- Ensure department KPI's are achieved.
- Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures in your department.
- Continue to grow and develop the department through new production innovation.
