As a Senior Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining procurement policies, frameworks, and tools, while fostering capability across NZTA and Approved Organisations (Regional/Local Councils).In this role, you'll research and implement innovative procurement practices to enhance performance, lead the development of user-friendly resources and frameworks, and provide expert advice on processes and best practices. You'll also play a key role in building procurement capability through education and training initiatives in collaboration with NZ Government Procurement and other stakeholders. Additionally, you'll monitor compliance, refine guidance based on lessons learned, and actively engage with industry bodies to stay ahead of emerging trends.This is your opportunity to make an impact by building procurement excellence across the organisation.
