If you're looking for a role where you can learn, grow, and truly enjoy your work every day, this is your chance to shineJob DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice in Wellington, New Zealand.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients while also providing chairside assistance to our dental professionals.Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional mannerPrepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments according to established protocolsMaintain accurate and organized patient records and documentationSchedule appointments, manage patient inquiries, and handle administrative tasks efficientlyCollaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient carePromote a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleaguesThe hours for this role are:Monday - Friday: 7.45am - 5.15pmThis is a fixed term position for parental leave.QualificationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer serviceAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management abilitiesKnowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)Previous experience in dental assisting or reception (helpful but not required)A friendly, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented approach to workWillingness to collaborate with the dental team and contribute to a positive work environmentAdditional InformationOur practice has a respectful, supportive, and collaborative culture that emphasizes teamwork and open communication.Applying with Us?
