As a Superintendent – Foundations, you'll lead high-performing crews and drive the success of groundbreaking projects across the greater Wellington and Southern Region.This role is the pinnacle of a career in foundations.
If you're looking for the ultimate challenge, the chance to work on iconic projects, and the opportunity to cement your reputation as an industry leader, this is it.About the RoleIn this senior leadership role, you will:Manage multiple single-rig piling crews across the region or take charge of a large multi-rig project.Oversee foundations plant and labour resources, ensuring the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time.Drive performance by ensuring quality, cost, safety, and productivity targets are met.Provide technical advice for project planning.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project teams.Monitor progress and problem-solve to keep projects moving efficiently.What You'll BringWe're looking for an exceptional leader with:Expertise across the full suite of foundation and ground improvement techniques—marine piling, bored piling, driven piles, mini piling, CFA, DFA, and anchoring.Strong cost and quality management experience.Proven leadership experience, with direct supervision of construction teams.A genuine passion for coaching and mentoring—we want a leader who lifts others up.A commitment to Zero Harm, safety, and environmental excellence.Ability to plan, schedule, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to lead career-defining projects while working for a respected industry leader.
