This role is responsible for the development, implementation & monitoring of engineering and productivity initiatives to drive improvements in the Engineering Services team.
What you will enjoy doing Engineering and productivity initiatives focused on improving the maintenance, reliability, refurbishment & cost effectiveness of the NZ Bulk FleetYou will be proactively managing the end-end (planned & corrective) maintenance of the NZ Bulk fleet & supporting corrective maintenance in accordance with all local and Linde regulations and standardsYou will develop, review and improve ES metrics and performance to drive improvementIn addition, you will be the first point of technical and planning support for the maintenance contractor networkFurthermore, support NZ Customer Maintenance & Business Managersin achieving the ES business strategy

What makes you great You have at least 2 years minimum experience in either of the following: maintenance planning, reliability engineering, process engineering or equivalent plant/production engineering experienceExperience with cryogenic, pressure equipment, rotating equipment, E&I and/or hazardous substances is highly favorableFurther, you have experience within a manufacturing/industrial/dairy industry is highly favorablePrevious experience interfacing with workshops or field services is highly favorableData analysis, reporting & tracking using local/cloud based digital platformsAlso you have a mechanical engineering degree or similarWhy you will love working with us At Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
