You are effective working at the operation sharp end of the organisation, and you are capable of tailoring your written and verbal communications to whoever the audience may be.To be successful you will have:a tertiary qualification in health and safety and/or compliancea minimum of 4 years' experience in health and safety and/or compliance fieldsin-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and/or compliance standardsskills in risk identification, management, and mitigationstrong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence people at all levelsability to research, develop and draft a variety of documents to a very high standardability to develop and deliver training and presentationsexcellent organisational and problem-solving skillsexperience with ISO standards and regulatory frameworkspositive "can do" attitudedemonstrated commitment to the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te reo Maori.MASH Trust is a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services.
