This is an opportunity for an experienced and well-established professional to bring their expertise and sound knowledge of the industry.The role:Joining our current recruitment team, the position is responsible for understanding and meeting the needs of a wide range of clients across multiple industries. You will work together to ensure a consistent process is followed, resulting in quality candidates being placed on assignment. You will be involved with a full 360 recruitment cycle with responsibilities including but not limited to:Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placementMaintain and nurture relationships with existing clientsUnderstand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies to those needsNegotiate job offers and employment terms with candidates and clientsInvest time into business development to grow the desk to its full potential within the marketLead by example, demonstrating best practices in compliance, recruitment and client managementAbout you:You thrive off success and you deliver on your promises.
