The opportunity:

As an Accounts Officer, you will be pivotal in assisting with our financial operations and will work on apermanent part-time basis (20 hours per week).
You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of our financial systems.
You will be working with a passionate accounts team and contributes to the overall efficiency and satisfaction of our employees.
Day to day you will:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
Process expense claims and payments.
Assist with the supplier onboarding process.
Assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed.
What you'll bring to our team:

At least a year of proven experience in accounts team (AP/AR).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proficiency in SAP software or any other similar platforms such as MYOB or Xero.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
