Our quality café food is prepared on site. We are seeking an experienced chef who is passionate about ensuring that everything that goes out of their kitchen is to the highest standard.
To be successful, you will need: Previous chef experience in menu creation, food to order service along with cabinet food prep, presentation and bakingGood communication skills to ensure communication between kitchen and front of house run smoothlyTo ensure the food quality, portion size and presentation of all dishes is consistentExperience implementing and enforcing all areas of Food Control Plans and Café Health and SafetyTo be able to work under pressureTo be able to work as part of a teamWhat's in it for you? No night shiftsA light, bright and modern working environmentTeam discount in our Mitre 10 storeThis position is a Part Time role with 15 hours per week on a Friday & Saturday with the opportunity to pick up extra hours when needed. The successful applicant will receive ongoing training and support from Columbus Chef Trainer.
