From grape to glass, we're passionate about wine and we love what we doJob Description:The RoleAs we gear up for Vintage 2025, we have an opportunity for an experienced Laboratory Technician to join our vintage team at our Gimblett Gravels winery in the Hawkes Bay:Grape maturity analysisSampling and testing fermentsOther analyses consistent with industry best practiceWe might be bragging, but our winery lab is industry-leading, with state-of-the-art technology and a proud team who boast proficiency scores in the top percentile in the country.
