We're looking for a seasoned leader, with previous experience elevating team performance. You'll be the type of person who takes a hands-on approach to safety while fostering a high-performing, positive culture - someone who thrives in a competitive and dynamic business environment.
Our Albany operation is 7 days per week, and this role will work a rotating roster of Monday to Friday 1130 to 2000. You'll lead a dedicated team of Processing Officers and support them to ensure courier parcels and products are sorted to achieve performance targets. You'll also take ownership of the rostering, resourcing, and overall performance of the team.
