We have teams based locally and around the globe, so joining the Aon team means you have access to a range of knowledge and skill sets across various fields.About the RoleThe Senior Account Managers are responsible for developing and growing new business as well as strengthening existing client relationships.
The purpose of this role is to provide technical broking and support liaising with clients, underwriters, and external partners, covering an established commercial portfolio.Some of your responsibilities will include:Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new businessProviding professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholdersPreparing proposals for new business opportunitiesCoordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculationsMentoring and guiding wider team membersSkills and experience that will lead to success:You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor your approach to the situation, whether it be face-to-face, over the phone, or through written correspondence.
Ideally, you will come from a similar background within the industry.A few key skills we look for:Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualificationOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookHow we support our colleagues:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
