You will be actively involved in promoting safe work practices, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring that our operations exceed the agreed service levels.If you are a motivated leader with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and motivate the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations, including the timely receipt and dispatch of parts.Operational Excellence: Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of both incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring that all orders are processed within established timeframes to meet or exceed customer SLAs.Process Improvement: Continuously monitor warehouse processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
