We are looking for full time and casual support workers to help the people we support in our Napier and Hasting residential services.What does a Support Worker do?

Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.

You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own.Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
