Are you a visionary leader with a knack for driving enterprise success?We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill a pivotal role within Datamine, dedicated to adding value to our enterprise clients and empowering our client services team to deliver client outcomes and achieve their goals.
As the Strategy and Enterprise Leader, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategic plans for our enterprise clients.From fostering strong client relationships to mentoring our team, you'll be crucial in driving growth and innovation aligned with Datamine's strategic goals.
Accountabilities: ·Develop strategic plans tailored to our enterprise clients' needs ·Collaborate with C-suite executives during solution development and forward-looking relationship development ·Create and review client plans to ensure alignment with business objectives ·Provide quarterly progress updates and forecasts ·Mentor and coach team members to reach their full potential ·Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, leveraging industry knowledge and network connections ·Network within our target market to generate ongoing growth You bring: ·Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written ·Proven ability to develop plans and drive client value from start to finish ·Strong negotiation, commercial and presentation skills ·Ability to develop differentiated solutions and position our offerings against competitors ·Motivated by achieving outcomes and deals ·High energy and dynamic presence ·Customer-focused mindset delivering win-win results ·Previous experience operating at the C-suite level ·Well-connected within Datamine's target market ·High level of spatial and verbal reasoning, leadership skills, and self-control ·Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and navigating complex business environments This is a part-time role with a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
