The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience in counselling children and adults with high complex needs
Proven experience in assessment and group facilitation related to family violence
Ability to work sensitively and appropriately from a cross-cultural perspective
Excellent communication (oral, written and listening) and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Previous experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Excellent administrative skills and competency on standard Microsoft office applications and databases.
Iosis offers you a supportive multi-cultural team environment with professional development opportunities.
A qualification in Counselling with registration and approximately 3 years' experience in counselling is a requirement of the position.
