As Technical Lead, you will ensure high quality technical delivery to our customers is achieved by working with other Technical Leads to standardise and automate our service offering and products.
Championing an 'automation first' culture to enhance customer experience and ensure continued relevance and financial viability of our cloud engagements.As a senior in the team, you'll have great mentoring skills and be happy to lend a hand assisting and guiding other members of the team.What You'll DoWork on the Product backlog evolving our current service, and developing new service offerings and productsForm a key interlock between Professional Services and Operations teams, develop and drive standardisation and automation across the group to assist improvements in our operational maturity and efficiencyProvide technical leadership and mentoring, as a senior Azure practitioner in the team you'll help others grow their skills, providing advice and assistance when requiredConsult with customers, particularly during initial discussions about technical support requirementsKeep abreast of new technology developments, assessing how they can be incorporated into our serviceLead initiatives to develop or improve technical aspects of the service, such as monitoring and alerting solutions, interlocks with other Datacom teamsLead customer cloud transformation initiativesLead continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing definition of service tasksWhat You'll BringA strong software development background with a focus on integration, including designing and building APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging solutionsExpert Azure technical skills and several years of implementation and cloud transformation experience including serverless, application integration and Azure securityA strong understanding and experience with IAC, CICD pipelines and automationSignificant Azure technical skills and experience as well as a strong understanding of CICD pipelinesLeadership and mentoring skillsUnderstanding of product development process and product lifecycle managementAbility to turn technical complexity into customer speakWhy join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
