As the Technical Director, you will be a key strategic partner, directly liaising with the client and representing the company on-site to ensure seamless event delivery.Following the sales team's successful handover, you will take the reins, driving the technical execution from concept to completion.

Working closely with a variety of stakeholders and internal teams, you'll bring your enthusiasm, energy, and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations and exceptional outcomes.We're looking for a vision specialist with a solid background in audio and lighting, and hands-on experience managing and delivering multiple conferences and large-scale events.
Your ability to stay upbeat and ensure the seamless execution of every detail will be key to your success in this role.Experience in Event Management with a Specialisation in Vision, Audio, and LightingAbility to Build Strong Relationships with Stakeholders and ClientsA proactive, hands-on individual who enjoys seeing processes through to completion and outcomeExperience using software such as Vectorworks or other CAD programsAbout the companyThis organization is driven by a passion for delivery—bringing exceptional events, concerts, and conferences to life both across the country and internationally.
